JO TAE GEUN
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Jo TAE GEUN
is not conductive to the public
good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 20th day of
October, 1987.
JO TAE GEUN is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana and to remain out of
Ghana from the effective date of
this Instrument.
This Instrument shall be deemed to
have come into force on 14th day
of September 1987.
Deportation Order, 1987 (E.I. 54)
is hereby revoked.
