YAW MENSAH
WHEREAS YAW MENSAH, an alien was
convicted on the 12th September,
1986 by the Magistrate Court Grade
I, Yendi of an offence punishable
by imprisonment without the option
of a fine.
AND WHEREAS the Magistrate of the
said court in passing sentence
recommended that the said YAW
MENSAH be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
23rd day of October, 1987.
YAW MENSAH is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 23rd day of
October, 1987 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
