LOUIS KARNGA
WHEREAS LOUIS KARNGA, (Liberian),
an alien was convicted on 30th
July, 1987 by the District
Magistrate Court Grade I, Takoradi
of an offence punishable by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate Court in passing the
sentence recommended that the said
LOUIS KARNGA is deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
23rd day of October, 1987.
LOUIS KARNGA is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 23rd day of
October, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
