BOYE BATORH
WHEREAS BOYE BATORH, an alien, was
convicted on 3rd June, 1987 at
District Magistrate Court Grade I,
Nkawie of an offence punishable by
imprisonment without the option of
a fine.
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said court has
recommended that the said BOYE
BATORH be deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 23rd day of
October, 1987
BOYE BATORH is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on 23rd October, 1987
and thereafter to remain out of
Ghana.
