ADAMU MUMUNI
WHEREAS ADAMU MUMUNI, (Niger
National) an alien, was convicted
on 29th March, 1985 at James Town
Circuit Court, Accra of an offence
punishable by imprisonment without
the option of a fine.
AND WHEREAS the Circuit Court
Judge of the said court has
recommended that the said ADAMU
MUMUNI be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 23rd day of
October, 1987.
ADAMU MUMUNI is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 29th day of
October, 1987 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
