MOHAMMED EL MAHMOUD
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of MOHAMMED EL
MAHMOUD is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 15th day of
December, 1987.
MOHAMMED EL MAHMOUD is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 15th day
of December, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
