SULE MOHAMED
WHEREAS SULE MOHAMED, an alien was
convicted on 26th July, 1986 at
Tema Sub-Regional Public Tribunal
of an offence punishable by
imprisonment without the option of
a fine.
AND WHEREAS the Chairman of the
said Tribunal has recommended that
the said SULE MOHAMED be deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 15th day of
December, 1987.
SULE MOHAMED is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 15th day of
December, 1987 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
