WILLIAM DA COSTA BRIDGEMAN
WHEREAS WILLIAM DA COSTA BRIDGEMAN,
an alien was convicted on 30th
November, 1987 at the National
Public Tribunal, Accra of an
offence punishable by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the Chairman of the
said Tribunal recommended that the
said WILLIAM DA COSTA BRIDGEMAN be
deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 15th day of
December, 1987.
WILLIAM DA COSTA BRIDGEMAN is
hereby ordered to leave Ghana on
the 15th day of December 1987 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
