UMORO SALIFU
WHEREAS UMORO SALIFU (Burkinabe
national) an alien was convicted
on 14th August, 1987 at the
Ashanti Regional Public Tribunal
of an offence punishable by
imprisonment without the option of
a fine.
NOW THEREFORE, the Chairman of the
said Tribunal has recommended that
the said UMORO SALIFU be deported.
AND WHEREAS, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
15th day of December, 1987.
UMORO SALIFU is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on 15th day of
December, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
