FONDA ZABRAMA
WHEREAS FONDA ZABRAMA (Burkinabe
national) an alien was convicted
on 27th June, 1985 at the Regional
Public Tribunal, Sekondi of an
offence punishable by imprisonment
with the option of a fine and the
fine was not paid.
AND WHEREAS the Chairman of the
said Tribunal has recommended that
the said FONDA ZABRAMA be
deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 15th day of
December, 1987.
FONDA ZABRAMA is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 15th day of
December, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
