WHEREAS the P.N.D.C. Secretary
responsible for Chieftaincy
Matters is satisfied on reasonable
grounds that there is a pending
dispute affecting the AKYEA/DEKYEM
OYOKO STOOL property;
AND WHEREAS the P.N.D.C. Secretary
responsible for Chieftaincy
Matters is satisfied that it is in
the interest of public order and
the preservation of the stool
property to take possession of the
AKYEA/DEKYEM OYOKO STOOL property;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for
Chieftaincy Matters by section 29
of the Chieftaincy Act, 1971 (Act
370) this Instrument is made this
15th day of December, 1988.
The P.N.D.C. District Secretary
for Birim is hereby ordered to
take possession of the AKYEA/DEKYEM
OYOKO STOOL property.
