APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC PROSECUTORS INSTRUMENT, 1988 (EI 27).

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Attorney-General by section 56 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1960 (Act 30), this Instrument is made this 15th day of August, 1988.

Legal Officers of the Ghana Standards Board are hereby appointed public prosecutors for all offences under the Standards Decree, 1973 (N.R.C.D. 173) and instruments made thereunder.
