WHEREAS under the Besease Stool
Property (Seizure) Instrument,
1977 (E.I. 145) the District Chief
Executive, Breman/Ajumako/Enyan
was ordered to take custody of the
Besease Stool property from Nana
Gyan Ababio II, Chief of Besease;
AND WHEREAS the need for the
retention of the said Stool
property has ceased to exist;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for
Chieftaincy Matters by sub-section
(3) of section 29 of the
Chieftaincy Act, 1971 (Act 370)
this Instrument is made this 5th
day of July, 1988.
Section 1—Restoration of Stool
Property.
The District Secretary of Breman/Ajumako/Enyan
is hereby ordered to deliver the
Besease Stool property to Nana
Gyan Ababio Adontenhene of
Ajumako Traditional Area and
Odikro of Besease.
Section 2—E.I. 145 of 1977
Revoked.
The Besease Stool Property
(Seizure) Instrument, 1977 (E.I.
145) is hereby revoked.
