OUMAROU CISSE alias OMAR—MALI
NATIONAL
WHEREAS OUMAROU CISSE alias OMAR,
an alien was convicted on the 30th
January, 1987 by the Magistrate
Court Grade II, James Town, Accra,
of an offence punishable by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the Magistrate of the
said court in passing sentence
recommended that the said OUMAROU
CISSE alias OMAR be deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 30th day of
May, 1988.
OUMAROU CISSE alias OMAR is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 31st
day of May, 1988 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
