GODBINDRAM DOULATRAM SHAHANI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of GODBINDRAM
DOULATRAM SHAHANI is not conducive
to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 24th day of
June, 1988.
GODBINDRAM DOULATRAM SHAHANI is
hereby ordered to leave Ghana on
24th day of June, 1988 and
thereafter to remain out of Ghana.
