MONTANA FRANCO
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of MONTANA
FRANCO is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 11th day of
July, 1988.
MONTANA FRANCO is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 1lth day of
July, 1988 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
