ABDUL RAHAMANI BANI
WHEREAS ABDUL RAHAMANI BANI,
(Burkina Faso National) an alien,
was convicted on 5th July, 1984 at
Tamale Circuit Court, of an
offence punishable by imprisonment
without the option of a fine;
AND WHEREAS the Circuit Court
Judge of the said Court has
recommended that the said ABDUL
RAHAMANI BANI be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 10th day of
August, 1988.
ABDUL RAHAMANI BANI is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 10th
day of August, 1988 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
