MORO SAMBO
WHEREAS MORO SAMBO (Niger
National) an alien was convicted
on 26th October, 1987 at the
District Magistrate Court Grade I,
Yendi of an offence punishable by
imprisonment without the option of
a fine;
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said Court has
recommended that the said MORO
SAMBO be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
10th day of August, 1988.
MORO SAMBO is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 10th day of
August, 1988 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
