KUMBILIGI MORO
WHEREAS KUMBILIGI MORO (Togolese)
an alien was convicted on 29th
July, 1987 at the District
Magistrate Court Grade I, Yendi of
an offence punishable by
imprisonment without the option of
a fine;
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said Court has
recommended that the said
KUMBILIGI MORO be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Instrument is made this 10th day
of July, 1988.
KUMBILIGI MORO is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on the 10th day of
August, 1988 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
