BASIL NWAGWU
WHEREAS BASIL NWAGWU, (Nigerian)
an alien was convicted on 23rd
September, 1987 at the District
Magistrate Court Grade I, James
Town, Accra of an offence
punishable by imprisonment without
the option of a fine;
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said Court has
recommended that the said BASIL
NWAGWU be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160), this
Order is made this 10th day of
August, 1988.
BASIL NWAGWU is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 10th day of
August, 1988 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
