WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of the
under-mentioned aliens is not
conducive to public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 8th day of
August, 1988.
The under-mentioned aliens
specified in the schedule to this
Order are hereby ordered to leave
Ghana on the 8th day of August,
1988 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
