AMADU WANGARA AND OTHERS
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of AMADU WANGARA,
ISSAKA BUSANGA AND HANA FULANI,
Burkina Faso nationals are not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
8th day of August, 1988.
AMADU WANGARA, ISSAKA BUSANGA AND
HANA FULANI are hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 8th day of
August, 1988 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
