BABA ALI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of BABA ALI (Burkinabe)
is not conducive to the public
good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
11th day of August, 1988.
BABA ALI is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 11th day of
August, 1988 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
