MORRIS ANTONIO ALBARUS
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of MORRIS
ANTONIO ALBARUS is not conducive
to the public good:
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 31st day of
August, 1988.
MORRIS ANTONIO ALBARUS is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 31st
day of August, 1988 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
