WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
MRS. KADIRIU SHERIFF, LUMANI D.
SHERIFF and DELANDA LEYLA SHERIFF
is not conducive to the public
good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 28th day of
October, 1988.
MRS. KADIRIU SHERIFF
LUMANI D. SHERIFF AND
DELANDA LEYLA SHERIFF
are hereby ordered to leave Ghana
on the 29th day of October, 1988,
and thereafter to remain out of
Ghana.
