TAWFIK ABDOU MOHAMMED
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of TAWFIK ABDOU
MOHAMMED is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 6th day of
December, 1988.
TAWFIK ABDOU MOHAMMED is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 8th
day of December, 1988 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
