ALI ABBAS ABBAS
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior, the
presence in Ghana of ALI ABBAS
ABBAS is not conductive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 31st day of
March, 1988.
ALI ABBAS ABBAS is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 31st day of
March, 1988 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
