DOMINIC AYODELE AYAYI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of DOMINIC
AYODELE AYAYI is not conducive to
the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 11th day of
April, 1988.
DOMINIC AYODELE AYAYI is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 11th day
of April, 1988 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
