WHEREAS the Kuntanase Stool
Property is affected by pending
proceedings in respect of the
Breman Kuntanase chieftaincy
dispute;
AND WHEREAS the Provisional
National Defence Council Secretary
responsible for Chieftaincy
Matters is satisfied on reasonable
grounds that there is a pending
dispute affecting the Kuntanase
Stool Property and it is in the
interest of public order and
preservation of the Stool Property
to take possession of the
Kuntanase Stool Property;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council Secretary responsible for
the Chieftaincy Matters by section
29 of the Chieftaincy Act, 1971
(Act 370) this Instrument is made
this 5th day of January, 1988.
The Provisional National Defence
Council District Secretary for
Breman Asikuma is hereby ordered
to take possession of the
Kuntanase Stool Property.
