WHEREAS the Provisional National
Defence Council is of the opinion
that it is in the public interest
that a right of way over the land
hereinafter described be created
in respect of a highway.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred upon the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (l) of
section 1 of the Lands (Statutory
Wayleaves) Act, 1963 (Act 186)
this Instrument is made this 26th
day of August, 1988.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land subject to a right of way as
a highway to ensure to the benefit
of the public generally.
