WHEREAS Nana Bafour Yamoah Ponkor,
has, in pursuance of proceedings
affecting the Ntronang Stool been
destooled as Odikro of Ntronang;
AND WHEREAS Nana Bafour Yamoah
Ponkor has failed to hand over the
Ntronang Stool Property to the
person who under customary law and
usage is entitled to receive such
stool property;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for
Chieftaincy Matters by section 29
of the Chieftaincy Act, 1971 (Act
370) this instrument is made this
8th day of January, 1988.
The P.N.D.C. District Secretary
for Birim is hereby ordered to
take possession of the Ntronang
Stool property.
