WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by sub-section (1) of
Section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125), this Instrument is
made this 20th day of July, 1988.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 4.16 acres
situate at Asuboi in the South
Akim Abuakwa District in the
Eastern Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the North-east of
the new motor road from Suhum to
Nsawam and bounded on the
North-east by an open space for a
total distance of 510.0 feet more
or less on the South-east by an
open space for a total distance of
220.0 feet more or less on
South-west by an open space and
measuring on that side 200.0 feet
more or less on the West by an
open space for a total distance of
455.0 feet more or less and on the
North-west by an open space for a
total distance of 318.0 feet more
or less which piece of land is
more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD. 10066/75950 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
