WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land specified in
the schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in the exercise of
the powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by sub-section (1) of
Section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125), this Instrument is
made this 8th day of September,
1988.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest:
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
containing an approximate area of
6.26 acres situate at Ho in the Ho
District in the Volta Region of
the Republic of Ghana lying to and
adjoining the North-east of an
unnamed existing motor road and
bounded on the North- west by an
unnamed existing motor road and
measuring on that side 390 feet
more or less on the North-east by
an open space and measuring on
that side 500 feet more or less on
or towards the South-east by an
open space and measuring on that
side 175 feet and 300 feet more or
less on or towards the South-west
by the said unnamed existing motor
road and measuring on that side
785 feet more or less which piece
of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No.
LD.10081/75712 hereto attached and
thereon shewn edged pink.
