WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land specified in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in the exercise of
the powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by sub-section (1) of
Section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125), this Instrument is
made this 18th day of April, 1988.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 0.51 acre
situate at HOHOE in the Kpandu
District in the Volta Region of
the Republic of Ghana lying to the
North-east of the Police Wireless
Station and adjoining to the
South-eastern edge of the motor
road from Accra to Jasikan and
bounded on the North-east partly
by an open space and partly by a
private building for a total
distance of 160.0 feet more or
less on the South-east partly by
private buildings and partly by an
open space for a total distance of
160.0 feet more or less on the
South-west by an open space and
measuring on that side 170.0 feet
more or less and on the North-west
by the said motor road from Accra
to Jasikan and measuring on that
side 160.0 feet more or less which
piece of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LD.
