GEORGE DANIEL ROTZETTER
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of GEORGE DANIEL
ROTZETTER is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 19th day of
January, 1989.
GEORGE DANIEL ROTZETTER is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 20th
day of January, 1989 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
