OLLINTO MAGRINI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of OLLINTO
MAGRINI is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in the exercise of
the powers conferred on the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
21st day of April, 1989.
OLLINTO MAGRINI is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 22nd day of
April, 1989 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
