KARIMU ABUBAKARI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of KARIMU
ABUBAKARI is not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
22nd day of May, 1989.
KARIMU ABUBAKARI is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 24th day of May,
1989 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
