AWUDU BARIMU AND SEIDU SAHABI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of AWUDU BARIMU
AND SEIDU SAHABI, Niger nationals
are not conducive to the public
good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
7th day of June, 1989.
MAMADOU BAWADOGO AND ADAMA BADINI
are hereby ordered to leave Ghana
on 7th day of June, 1989 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
