ANDREAS LINBURG
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of ANDREAS
LINBURG, German national is not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
8th day of June 1989.
ANDREAS LINBURG is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 8th day of June,
1989 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
