KWABENA KABRE AND KWABENA OFOSU
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of KWABENA KABRE
AND KWABENA OFOSU, Togolese
nationals are not conducive to the
public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
7th day of June, 1989.
KWABENA KABRE AND KWABENA OFOSU
are hereby ordered to leave Ghana
on 7th day of June, 1989 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
