DR. LONNIE REX AND ROBERT S. BOYD
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of Interior the
presence in Ghana of the
under-mentioned aliens is not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
14th day of December, 1989.
The under-mentioned aliens
specified in the Schedule to this
Order are hereby, ordered to leave
Ghana on 15th day of December,
1989 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
