KARL MANFRED RUDOLPH
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of KARL MANFRED
RUDOLPH, a West German National is
not conducive to the public good
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
5th day of December, 1989.
KARL MANFRED RUDOLPH is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 5th
day of December, 1989 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
