LANELOT RUDYARD DUNCAN
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of LANELOT
RUDYARD DUNCAN is not conducive to
the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 16th day of
February, 1989.
LANELOT RUDYARD DUNCAN is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 17th day
of February, 1988 and thereafter
to remain out of Ghana.
