JURGEN WERNER JORDAN
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of JURGEN WERNER
JORDAN is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Ministry of the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 27th day of
January, 1989.
JURGEN WERNER JORDAN is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 27th
day of January, 1989 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
