GOMINI ZABRAMA
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of GOMINI
ZABRAMA, a Niger National is not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
19th day of July, 1989.
GOMINI ZABRAMA is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 19th day of
July, 1989 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
