WHEREAS under the provisions of
the Osrama Stool property
(Seizure) Instrument, 1989 (E.I.
19) the P.N.D.C. District
Secretary for Dangbe East was
entrusted with the Stool property
pertaining to the Osrama Stool;
AND WHEREAS it is now expedient
and necessary to make further
disposition of the said Stool
property;
NOW THEREFORE in the exercise of
the powers conferred on the
Secretary from Chieftaincy Matters
by subsection (3) of section 20 of
the Chieftaincy Act 1971 (Act 370)
this Instrument is made this 14th
day of July, 1989.
Section 1—Restoration of Stool
Property.
The P.N.D.C. District Secretary
for Dangbe East is hereby ordered
to deliver the OSRAMA STOOL
PROPERTY to NENE GADUGA OSRAMA IV.
Section 2—E.I. 19 of 1989 Revoked.
The Osrama Stool Property
(Seizure) Instrument, 1989 (E.I.
19) is hereby revoked.
