WHEREAS the P.N.D.C. Secretary
responsible for Chieftaincy
Matters is satisfied on reasonable
grounds that the Apekus have
ceased to be Chiefs of the
Dangbebiawe division of the Ada
Traditional Area but have failed
to hand over the Osrama Stool
property to Nene Gaduga Osrama IV
who is entitled to receive such
Stool property;
AND WHEREAS the P.N.D.C. Secretary
responsible for Chieftaincy
Matters is satisfied that it is in
the interest of public order and
the preservation of the Stool
property to take possession of the
Osrama Stool property;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for
Chieftaincy Matters by section 29
of the chieftaincy Act, 1971 (Act
370) this Instrument is made this
9th day of May, 1989.
The P.N.D.C. District Secretary
for Dangbe East is hereby ordered
to take possession of the Osrama
Stool property from the person in
possession of the said Stool
property.
