IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Provisional
National Defence Council by
section 2 of the Preventive
Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C.L. 4)
this Order is made this 7th day of
February, 1989.
The Provisional National Defence
Council hereby authorises the
arrest and detention of the person
whose name is specified in the
Schedule to this Order with effect
from the date specified in the
said Schedule in relation to him,
being a person in respect of whom
the Council is satisfied that it
is in the interest of national
security so to do.
