IN exercise of the powers vested
in the Provisional National
Defence Council by section 2 of
the Preventive Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C.L.
4) this Order is made this 31st
day of July 1989.
The Provisional National Defence
Council hereby authorises the
arrest and detention of the
persons whose names are specified
in the Schedule to this Order with
effect from the date specified
respectively in the said schedule
in relation to each of them being
persons in respect of whom the
Council is satisfied that it is in
the interest of National Security
so to do.
