National Defence Council by
section 2 of the Preventive
Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C. 4)
this Order is made this 16th day
of March, 1989.
The Provisional National Defence
Council hereby authorises the
arrest and detention with effect
from the date specified in
relation to the person whose name
is specified in the Schedule to
this Order being a person in
respect of whom the Council is
satisfied that it is in the
interest of national security so
to do.
